Registration underway for Ravens 7-on-7 Tournament

Registration is now underway for Ravens 7-on-7 high school football passing tournament. In 2016 the event will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary and the 6th year of its affiliation with the Baltimore Ravens and Under Armour. As had been the case in recent years, this year’s tournament will feature 72 teams. There will be two qualifying events, with St. Paul’s School hosting two separate 16-team brackets on Saturday, June 5 in Baltimore County and Tuscarora High School hosting two additional 16-team brackets on Saturday, June 12 in Frederick. Eight teams will emerge from each of those venues for a 16-team championship final to be hosted by the Ravens at their Under Armour Performance Center on Saturday, June 25. As general rule, the top four teams in each bracket advance to the finals, but since teams are allowed to enter more than one bracket, finals berths can be passed down to the next highest unqualified team. In addition, an 8-team tournament will be hosted by Stephen Decatur High School in Ocean City, MD on June 4th. This is a non-qualifying event. The entry fee is $250 for one event and $450 for two.
