  1. Reggie White - Baltimore County : Patapso HS is looking for new HC, 7 on 7 play will be at Franklin HS cost $100 Tues/Thurs starting June 2 and Dundalk HS cost $25 Tues/Thurs starting June 2.

  2. Steve Luette - Carroll County: still waiting on the merger between Man. Valley HS & N. Carroll HS

  3. Jerry Smith - Central MD Conference - Frederick/Washington Counties: …………Report submitted in Writing.

  4. Jamie Willis/Brian Van Deusen - Howard County: ………No changes.

  5. Elwood Townsend/Corey Johnson - Baltimore City : Carver HS looking for new HC; Mervo HS has 7 on 7 Tues/Thurs June; Forest Park HS & Northwestern HS will merge due to renovation of Forest Park HS once completed the schools will just be one (Forest Park HS); Baltimore City schools are looking to go to a 2.0 GPA for eligibility; Green St. Academy new school looking for JV games, may field Varsity if they have enough kids to play.

  6. Donald Davis - MIAA Schools: Concordia Prep will not field football; Gilman has a new HC (Tim Holley) and will host a 7 on 7 Weds third week in June cost: 0; St. Frances has a new coaching staff.

  7. Chuck Markiewicz - Anne Arundel County: Need more information...missed what the coach said

Will look to fix alignment at the start of the 2016 season…TBA
Baltimore Side: Added Dulaney, Dundalk- 37 Schools
Metro Side: 33 - School
Note: Concordia Prep dropped football…….70 Schools

Super 22 Banquet:

8 Players did not show up for the Media Night.
All Adult Award Winners were notified. May need some BIOS and player BIOS. Please coordinate will players regarding ticket sales. Better seating for those who turn in money early. College Coaches have been notified. DJ Dunkin- Maryland.  Staffing on the night of the event- will email coaches. Banquet is on May 17th- 7 PM………………..Spring Sports etc……Question and Answer period went well. We need to impress UA at the banquet.
Special Thanks: Committee did an excellent job.

 

BTC 21st Annual All-Star Football Game Information:

  3. Date and Location: Archbishop Spalding HS - December 10th

  4. Tabled rule for the 2016 Game - will review at the start of the season

Maryland Coaches Association Update

Coach Joe Bosley - President

  • Combine/Hall of Fame……………………………….Saturday - Spring Game University of MD

  • 9:30- AM - Welcome Award Winners to Gossett Field House

  • 10:00-11:15 - In Gossett Field House Auditorium – Ceremony - BIOS etc…

  • 12 Noon – Game - FREE

  • Halftime: Award Winners walk out to 50 yard line for recognition.

  • Parking: Parking in Lot Z and 1 (in between the Tennis Courts and Ludwig Field) are both free and available on the day of the ceremony. According to the folks at Univ. of MD, that would be your best option. Dress?

  • Next Meeting: April 18 at Hammond H.S.

  1. Coach Fred Farrier from Morgan State will be present to talk about Coaches Clinic and Morgan State Football..April 15th (6pm until 9:30pm) & 16th (9am until ?) coaching clinic cost $10 per coach or $40 per staff

  2. Adam Rudel - Baltimore Ravens will be present to talk about Coaches Summit.

  3. Paul Glagola - National Football Foundation will be on hand to talk about future banquet…….Suggestions from us on a better banquet. Many suggestions were made on how to run the banquet in the future.
